Jane founded JELC in 2003 and has a wealth of experience spanning 25 years in the brand licensing industry. After a successful stint as a buyer at Next plc Jane started her licensing career at CPLG in1987 before becoming Licensing Director at Central Television. In 1991 Jane founded the European office of The Beanstalk Group, building the business from start up to a team of 30 operating across Europe. During her time at The Beanstalk Group Jane developed successful international licensing programmes for clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, The Ford Motor Company, Stanley Tools, The Andy Warhol Foundation and Mary-Kate and Ashley.
Natasha has worked in licensing for over 15 years, both agency side and client side, for small and large companies and has experience working on global brands, entertainment properties and with celebrities across adult, teen, tween age groups for all product sectors.
Joining The Beanstalk group in 2001, Natasha was instrumental in the success of The mary‑kateandashley Brand across Europe. Natasha also worked accounts for Muhammad Ali, Piaggio and Little Tikes. At 19 Entertainment Natasha continued working with celebrity licensing with David Beckham Academy and Claudia Schiffer before launching pre-school brands for Chapman Entertainment and Coolabi.
Richard is the Commercial Director for JELC and has over 40 years commercial experience within the Grocery, Stationery and Toy industries. Richard was the founder of LeapFrog Toys (UK) Ltd in 2000 where he was instrumental in building the business from zero to a turnover of £37.5m in just 5 years. 2004 saw LeapFrog UK voted “Toy Company of the Year” for their professional service to the industry. In recent years Richard has acted as an independent global business development consultant building international markets for LeapFrog and UK retailer opportunities for Eurosuisse International Ltd and Abbey Home Media.
