“Having worked with JELC since 2014 they have significantly contributed to the growth of the National Gallery Licensing programme. They have proven negotiation skills and work with the ultimate professionalism. They have also taken the National Gallery brand to new territories and product categories. JELC have a wealth of knowledge and expertise second to none in the licensing industry which has been extremely valuable in the growth of our programme. They are a pleasure to work with.”
Judith Mather, Buying and Merchandise Director, The National Gallery Co. Ltd.
“I’ve known and worked with Jane Evans of JELC for many years. While her extensive knowledge and expertise in licensing set her apart, it is her client first, strategic approach to licensing that has few, if any, rivals.”
Michael Hermann of The Andy Warhol Foundation
"JELC was recommended to us when we first explored the idea of licensing the Barry M brand. Since embarking on the licensing programme we have always dealt with one or both of the principals who have helped us understand the licensing process. We have found them reliable, straight forward and professional and have full confidence that they have the best interests of the Barry M brand at heart."
Matthew Sweetapple, Barry M Cosmetics

"Jane Evans through her former position at the Beanstalk Group and now at JELC has brought us a number of interesting licence opportunities. Our working relationship has always been efficient but fun and we can always rely on Jane to get the Client responses we need to drive the business forward."
Piers Murray-Hill, Editorial Director, Carlton Publishing Group

“Blueprint has worked with JELC on several successful projects over a number of years. They have always proved to be true to their word in delivering what is discussed and agreed and the follow up has without exception been thorough and reliable. They select carefully the properties which they represent so that they can have real belief in their portfolio, and their retail contacts are strong but not obtrusive.

It would be terrific if all our dealings with licensing agents were as straightforward as those with JELC.”

Mike Redfern of Blueprint Collections
"A genuinely lovely group of people, with an impressive level of personal involvement and dedication. Their patience and understanding in balancing our needs with the realities of the marketplace make JELC the perfect licensing partner. It has been a pleasure working with them and we look forward to the future."
Carol Bavistock, Managing Director Benchmark Brands Ltd
"Having worked with JELC since 2009, we truly value the support and expertise offered by Jane Evans and her team. In addition to the wealth of knowledge, advice and market insight they can offer, the support of JELC helps to maintain fluid and effective communication between us, our licensor, and the network of other licensees."

"I have known Jane for over 20 years. In 1992 she opened our U.K. Beanstalk office and ran that office for 11 years. During this time she grew our business significantly by adding new clients and building our staff to a team of approximately 30 people. Since leaving Beanstalk and starting JELC we have remained colleagues and friends. Jane is a highly talented licensing professional and, more importantly, a person of great integrity. I highly recommend her as a person who can always be relied upon to rise to any challenge and deliver an outstanding service to clients and licensees alike."
Michael Stone, CEO, Beanstalk Group
“I’ve had the pleasure to work with Jane Evans over the years, first at Beanstalk and more recently with JELC. She is a true professional who knows the licensing business.”
Nancy Bailey, Chairman, Nancy Bailey & Associates
“I've known Jane Evans for nearly 20 years. We met when she was General Manager of Beanstalk Europe and I was the head of licensing at The Coca-Cola Company. It was through Jane's clear strategy and execution of that strategy, that The Coca-Cola Company's European licensing business grew from a few licensees to a dynamic and recognized business. I now have my own licensing agency which was started in 2003, and Jane and I still collaborate whenever we get a chance. Jane is smart, well-connected, knows the licensing business inside and out, has a proven track record and is creative, resourceful and fun to work with. I highly recommend Jane Evans and JELC.”
John Merrick, President of Lemur Licensing
“Janet Woodward is well known and respected within the licensing industry and, within her sphere of expertise, her knowledge is second to none. She is a straight talker and perhaps the biggest compliment I can pay her is that I consider her to be totally trustworthy.”
Jeremy Banks, Chief Executive of Coolabi plc
"We have worked with Jane Evans on quite a number of different brands and projects for nearly 15 years. Sometimes she was the Licensor/Agent and we represented her and sometimes it was the other way round. In all cases it has been a pleasure to work with Jane and her team, as we appreciate her professional and effective way of working combined with a lot of experience and we are looking forward to our continued co-operation on the NICI Brand."
Kristin Ehring, Director Sales & Account, g.l.a.m. GmbH & Co. KG
